Canadian Customers: We Ship to Canada
via UPS Standard (ground) or USPS. Our shipping rate quotes DO NOT include any duties/taxes that may be incurred at customs. We will be happy to ship an order to any international destination. However, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping as well as all duties and taxes charged at the time of importation. Duties and taxes not paid when you receive your order will be billed back to you using the same method of payment with which your original order was paid. By federal law, we are required to follow all export laws with respect to declaration and customs documentation. We do not know how much additional cost the taxes and/or duties will be when you have your order shipped to you internationally. Midwest Equipment is not accountable for any of these taxes or duties; they are the sole responsibility of the customer and acceptance of this is implied when you place an order with us.
We do our best to consolidate orders into the fewest number of shipments so that you are charged the least amount possible for duties and taxes; however we cannot guarantee that international orders with multiple items will ship in 1 box.
PO Boxes:UPS cannot deliver a package to a PO Box. If you are choosing a UPS shipping method, please be sure to enter a physical street address. Orders being shipped to a military APO box must be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). USPS has recently added Delivery Confirmation to its Priority Mail shipping options to APO and FPO boxes.
When calculating delivery of Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3rd Day, remember to count only business days. Exclude Saturdays, Sundays and non-working holidays. We will ship via UPS in most instances, but use truck if the shipment is too large for UPS to handle. If you require additional shipping options or help, please give us a call at 423-838-1091.
Customers in Hawaii, please note that there is no UPS Saturday delivery option available at this time.
We cannot guarantee that we will have all items in stock all the time. If your item is not in stock we will contact you with details of the backorder or a possible substitute item if there is one available.

We will accept returns on any item, for any reason, as long as the following conditions are met (Please read the following instructions before submitting your return
30 Day Return Policy
I'm A Mormon Too offers a 30 Day Return Policy. Your return must be received by us within 30 days of the date of purchase. Items received after this 30 day period WILL NOT BE CREDITED. Please contact us if you have any questions about our return policy and we will be happy to help.
- Proof of Purchase: The original transaction receipt (make a copy for your own records), must be included with the item being returned.
- As New: The item being returned must be in new condition (i.e. no scratches or other signs of use). All original packing materials (boxes, bags, etc.) must be returned with the item and undamaged (other than normally expected when opening the original package). If the item returned doesn't qualify "As New" as stated in this paragraph, then a restocking fee will be applied as a percentage of the amount originally billed for the item.
- Reason for Return: A brief explanation why the item is being returned. This is helpful in terms of improving products, the display of product information and better understanding your needs.

| Address Corrections: |
When placing your order, please verify that your shipping address is complete and correct. An incorrect shipping address will delay your package and will cause the shipping carrier to charge us a $5 address correction fee on each box shipped to that incorrect address. In order to recover the cost of the correction, we will charge your credit card the amount of the address correction. |
